You do such wonderful work with shadows. This is no exception. I think the tiny quadrangle just to the left of the pole is essential to this piece.

Superb. An elegant composition of light and shadow. This shot needs more attention than it has received thus far. That's one of the reasons I removed my pictures (temporarily, I hope) from public view; I just got sick of the lack of reaction. Sometimes it was like showing my work in an empty mall.
