Palouse lane through the wheat fields (Please view larger)

I'll be loading several pictures of the Palouse region of eastern Washington. This

area is rich rural farmland, and it's a hugely photographic area. They primarily

grow wheat, lentils and garbanzo beans, and the farmers groom their fields as if

works of art. We love this area and are at peace here. Hope you enjoy these

rural scenes.

This is beautiful; I love the rolling hills.  Never saw the West (except for a little bit of Southern California).  And the road winds and climbs so pleasingly.  Makes me happy
