Distilling Demon Rum (see large)

I don't see any demons here, Jim.  Regardless, this is an excellent image.  The multitude of diagonals point the viewer's eye in a variety of directions, which does ample justice to the complexity of the distillation process.  

When I see the size of the man, I realize just how big these 'vats' (not sure what to call them) really are.  The third one towards the back, looks like it is boiling, but is it just the ingredients 'working'? Excellent capture Jim. Sometimes that 'Demon Rum' can chase the worst cold away :)
