A rather ingenious portrait, to be sure . . .  The dark vignetting around the subject's face and the paper barrier's partially covering it really emphasize her right eye and the left corner of her mouth.

By the way - and I mean this strictly in a constructive way, you've asked for ratings on this image without having rated any images yourself.  You may find some folks on PN not overly inclined to rate yours under such circumstances.  As for me, I'm not soliciting any ratings from you (or anyone else) whatsoever. (I rated this image 6.)

Michael Linder thank you for the feedback!  You are absolutely right about the ratings.  I think I have committed to too many photo sharing sites so I need to focus on just a few and spend more time helping other photographers since I know how beneficial it is to receive ratings and feedback.
