On several occasions, I have made some rather basic suggestions to assist you with your photographs.  I don't know whether you read them and, if so, whether you felt that they were undeserved.  In any case, rather than make further suggestions, I'm going to post an alternative which I prepared in less than a minute.  It might help if you compare it with your original.  See which you like better.  Or don't bother; it's up to you.

well, it is discussable. When I newly bought my camera I went to a course and there some renowned photographer said he doesn't crop photos because this would mean that he failed, to frame the photo from the begin. When I think of my slides indeed there I could have made no changes when putting them in the slide projector, although cropping would have been possible by covering parts ...

I didn't crop the image at all.  First, I straightened it so that the windows would form a horizontal line.  Secondly, I cloned out the wires.  Thirdly, I added some contrast.  And fourthly, I sharpened the image somewhat.
