Im trying to add something a little special to my details shots, and this was

the first time I actually included the bride in the dress shot.

I think it's a great idea and it works very well. I also like the presence of the shoes.  It captures a pre-married thoughtful moment, something very special for her to look back on.

Maybe the curtain pulled back a little more to the left would have revealed a little more of her hair and face, or possible moving slightly to the right to take the shot?

Just thoughts from a complete novice.

I agree, it's very well done.  I'm not a wedding photo fan (sorry) but I like to think I can appreciate excellent work and this fits.  In particular I like the wistful look on her face; I've dreamed of this, I've planned for this, I caught that sucker and today is the day ;-)... Mike
