trisha jean-angela 5 Posted June 18, 2015 Tapsu is so adorable and sweet! I would love to go on a picnic with him! Funny, I have that same blanket (came from Scotland)! Now every time I use it I will think of Tapsu enjoying his picnic and keeping his eye on the pie! Nice colors, not easy to do with the reds in the blanket, the green grass, the blue flowers and Tapsu's ginger coat. Kisses and belly rubs to your sweetie Tapsu. Thank you for sharing. :) Link to comment

Not Here 93 Posted June 18, 2015 He seems to be saying, "Put away the camera and get the food!" ;-) An excellent casual portrait... Mike Link to comment

hansdans 0 Posted June 25, 2015 Trisha, Tapsu is open for all picnic invitations you care to invite him to:) I have promised to be his secretary for the season:) What a coincidence that the blanket in concern is from Scotland/UK, also in this case:) and dates back to the time when I used to live there for a couple of years:) I had it with me for the local fishing tours and picknics- and it survived the journey to Finland. Well, something really for you to have and remind of Tapsu as he propably cannot join your picknic:( Tapsu is mostly guarding the food we have with us – as he knows that these sweet mini pies are not for him as we tend to pack his treats in plastic film packages. ( I am still shooting film- lol). The mixture of colors really made the photo color balance too “grey, as the minor corrections were done with a laptop”. Tapsu has enjoyed the bellyrubs and kisses forwarded from You and slept unusually well because of this.. Jack Tapsu has been used to be "the King in Watch" wherever we go, and try to act as royal as we can;) – after all He is a Dane by nationality and has Danish passport:). Mike – You are right- besides enjoying of the fact that the pack is together- he likes the treats, but has not grown food obsessed- like some of his piers, Labradors.. However, he is more camera sensitive and enjoys physical attention- more than the visual. Marco –You are right in the sense that he knows that the goodies are there and as it is mixture of different whole meat, it has been his favorite as long a I can remember:) He is also aware that once the pie is eaten–it is time for his rewards, the treats:), so that explains the expression.
