I'm not familiar with this bird but it's singing away and the motion of the bottom of the beak makes it live... Mike

Thanks for your visit & comment.  This was not at the top of my favourites list, rather an experiment to see if I could automatically include the EXIF info in the 'details'.  Seems, over the past few years, that I've been posting files which were 'Saved for Web' which I now know was stripping that info out.  Starting from today that mode of operation will end.  I chose this from a series of similar shots simply because his blurred beak indicated more animation than the rest. Photos of 'Birds-on-a-branch' are usually uninspiring but I took this as I'd never noticed this species before.  Best, Len.
