tm_j 30 Posted June 4, 2015 Thanks Greg & Verena! I was around 15 feet above his perch (about the minimum focus distance of 15.4feet for my lens) . Took the shot and left right away since these bird are well known for attacking anything that got too close to their nest or the fledging. A young lady crept too close to the fledging a few days before I took this shot (she got a short lens) and was attacked by the female PF two, three times. They are well known to attack hang glider .. remote control airplane ... that got too close to the nest. Link to comment
