Handheld shot!Last image I post for this bird was 5/8/2015 and that means it's not even a month but now the chicks are so grown almost ready to fly in a week, probably.

Muchas Gracias Miguel!

Thanks Mr. Mancil!  I think the key to a feeding image is the open beaks - Just my opion!

How lucky can you be to find a hummingbird nest, Tm.  I'm soooooo envious!  Great family shot!

Thanks Janine! I came to shoot the Peregrine at 6AM one morning (take me an hour to drive the 78 miles from my house to that place) and saw this HB came in a bush and did not come out. That's 3+ weeks ago with 2 eggs and this was taken last week. I hope to see the chicks still around this weekend for the last time.  People (locals .. tourists ..) has been taking all sort of picture of them but I only want this shot and may be another feeding shot of these two with full feather ready to fly  :-) . I barely can frame them with my 7D II + 500mm because the nest face a cliff and I was right on the cliff edge at minimum distance (15.4ft for my lens) to take this shot. Too lazy to go back to the car to get my shorter lens, LOL!
