In rural areas here,it is fairly common to keep the old family house intact and just build the new house either in front or on the side as here given that land is available/plentiful.These old houses built around the turn of the century are now ripe and starting to crumble.I had a good sky to go with that fresh grass;thank you for the appreciation.
