She's going to need some extra moisturizer for her face after this ;-).  A superb shot... Mike

Thanks very much, I was bemused by a comment which stated that these girls are not brave but crazy...:-). They train very hard and every thing is very well rehearsed. Their concentration, strength and balance are increased to a very high level. Much higher than in an ordinary person. Actually though it is no more dangerous than flying in any other aircraft. The real skill belongs to the pilots because the females' movements constantly change the trim of the plane.

Note that the smoke emitted by the planes is ecological, you can bathe a baby in it without any harm a all.

Many regards guys.

Thanks for your comment and although the girls wear a full scale mask they probably need a moisturizer after every flight.:-).

Thank you very much for dropping in. It is hard to believe, that is what I thought when I first saw them...I don't think though that my heart rate was increased as much as theirs..-:).

Warm regards.

Doesn't look like anything I would aspire to do.  :-) People have been doing this at air shows for decades but that doesn't seem to diminish the awe felt.  Brave indeed!  You've caught this at the perfect position with smoke, aircraft, pilot, and stunt lady all visible.  Would likely make a fine print.  Who knows, perhaps you could even sell the participants one.  Worth a try.  Best, Len.

Come to think of it, neither do I..-) A few years ago a friend of mine who was doing his F.R.C.S. in brain surgery at Mddx. Hospital. I mention this to indicate the diversity of human beings, took me up in his Grandfathers Tiger Moth. When the assistant approached and asked, how do you want him strapped? Nicholas said, for full aerobatics. I kept quiet and crossed my fingers. Helmet and goggles were put on and off we taxied. The take off was very smooth and once we climbed to about 3 or 4 thousand feet, all hell broke loose. Loop the loop, stall turns, steep dives, knife edging, etc. I will tell you Len, It was the most thrilling, and the most exhilarating thing that I ever did!

Coming back to the wing walkers there is something else I would like to mention. In 2013 there was an article in the news papers that said: Two schoolgirls have become the world's youngest formation wing walkers. Rose Powell and Flame Brewer, both 9, took to the skies over Gloucestershire on Wednesday.

Encouraged by their grandfather, who is a professional pilot, they undertook the record attempt to help raise awareness of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

As for selling them a print...I am sure they have hundreds.....:-)

Best regards Len and thank you very much.
