This waterfalls are among the highest in Italy and are a natural

monument located in the northern part of Lombardy, in Valchiavenna,

close to the Italy-Swiss border not far from Sankt Moritz, the world wide

famous swiss ski resort. Their name, "Acqua Fraggia" comes from Latin

and means - guess - "broken water"!
