My two year old granddaughter absorbed in a children's video.

I love these genre shots that will only grow more interesting as the years role by. This is the kind of picture that will be delightfully re-discovered in someone's album many years from now. That's how I first developed my interest in photography and appreciation for the power of the image, from looking through my aunt's old photo albums as a young child. That long-vanished world fascinated me (and continues to fascinate me today).

Thanks Jack.  Your perspective on the historical value is interesting.  Its not something I thought about when taking this photo, but it is true that years from now it will be seen as documenting a certain era.
