A different and really well executed shot.  I've been to Victoria a couple of times and I'm trying to figure out where you were when you shot this.  I don't remember the Parliament building being so close to the water.

Thanks for your visit and the compliment.  I took this standing across the harbor from the Parliament.  I walked past the Empress Hotel as if heading toward the stores on Government Street.  At the end of the water there are stairs leading down to the water level.  That's where I stood.  There's a restaurant called Milestones at the top of the stairs.   Thanks again for your comment, Christal.  Larry

Trisha, Sorry for the long delay in responding to your welcome visit. This is the first time I have looked at the image since you did. I am a big fan of BC and of Vancouver Island. After this Victoria visit, my wife and I drove to Tofino on the island's west coast. Wow, what wonderful wild country that is. Thanks again for looking at my images. Larry
