Thanks Jeffrey! I can hardly shoot with a tripod and gimbal head hence the reason of shooting handheld. Been doing for as long I've owned this 500mm (about4,5 years).  I get achy muscle now and then when I keep shooting over 4 hours everyday but then I just back off and skip a few days. I get more shot this way, btw.
