I am always amazed at the beautiful architecture in so many of the worlds places of worship. This is truly a beautiful Cathedral. I imagine it was quite humbling to view such a place. Very nice work Dimitris.

It is an enormous Church, Gail, with so many different Chapels and styles and it is indeed very humbling to witness...Thanks again, my friend.

This is the one from this series that I find the most striking! 

There is something about the railings that makes the image so appealing. It's as if the area is so sacred that none bare a privileged few can enter and actually touch the holy artefacts within.   The detail, composition and colour saturation are to be marvelled at.

Thanks Tony. I am also troubled by the security bars..and that is the reason why I took the picture. I assumed that it was placed there because the Chapel is very old.
