YOUR DREAMS ARE NOT EMPTY

i find the portrait strong Chuck and the model totally engaging and your symmetric framing compelling. However, I'm not partial to the concept, the idea of the message distracts from the original power for me, detracts from the impact of the photograph --- i just mean i'd prefer it clean!
On the other end if i consider the work as a marketing device, say a poster designed for a social agency aiding wayward children, that would be another way of viewing. Regardless, this is a strong frame!
