Look out Norm, 56 men hanging on to your every instruction ;-).  I think you did an excellent job with their alignment and the composition.  Whatever you said to get their attention worked perfectly.  Well done... Mike

Yeah, a real sense of power!  :-)  I'm actually glad you counted the men.  I knew everyone couldn't make it to the group shot, but I didn't realize there were so many no-shows.  There are actually 75 in the group, and I took all of their head shots.  So do the math, and that's how many didn't show.  I learned SO much from doing this photo shoot.....what NOT to do next time.....like all of the pine needles and leaves that I didn't have a broom to remove and spent hours cloning out!  And more!  Thanks, Mike!  And FYI, my son is on the top row, 3rd from the right.

Very nicely put together Cristal.

One of the pieces of equiptment I keep in my car is a broom and a rake, it came in handy shooting a beach wedding photo, the freshly raked sand made a stunning presentation.

The other thing I like is that you are above the crowd, it provies us a nice perspective and it also helps keep their heads up.

When i shoot weddings I instruct the guys, "Keep your hands at your side", this prevent their suits from puckerin the front, good call on your part.

This was fun, we will have to do it again....

Sorry I did not have anything negitive to say, let's make a deal, on your next image I'll rip you a new butt hole... K?

Deal!  ;-)     Seriously, I did at least remember to take a ladder, knowing that as short as I am I wouldn't get the right angle otherwise.  I'll have to remember the rake and broom for next time!  Thanks so much!
