I like this picture of my daughter, but I don't like the white reflection in her

sunglasses. She was in a tee-pee when I took this, and the white blob you

see is the hole at the top of the tee-pee. Can you recommend how I would

remove the white blob, or would you just leave it? Thanks!

To remove just the white blob (and not the other elements of the teepee), try selecting that area and then using content-aware fill (PhotoShop term, although the feature might be available in other applications).

To remove the entire thing, maybe you could do a sky substitution, just in the sunglasses reflection.  You have a hint of what this would look like through the teepee door, reflected in the lens on the left.

Nice pose!

The first thing I noticed is the cooperative pose and expression (not always the case with friends and relatives).  Secondly I did notice the pattern in the glasses and, prior to reading your note, thought it was an interesting element, so it doesn't bother me at all.  An excellent portrait and Emily is a real cutie (Martha agrees)... Reflection doesn't bother me either. Nice, simple portrait. Good lighting, particularly her eyes. If you don't like the white spot in the sunglasses, you could just crop from the top until it gets cropped out. You can still see the glasses and it might actually be a more harmonious crop than what's currently there, which crops the glasses a little abruptly.

Quite honestly, I didn't even notice her sunglasses!! I was looking into her beautiful face!!! And, when I do look at the reflection, I don't even see it. I have an idea to remove it though but I will have to get back to you....talk soon, Gail

She is very good looking and light on face from filtered tee-pee works very well, reflection from on lens from top doesn't bother at all, contrary to is really good as it is.As you know each one can feel and see same image different,I like the result and dominant in this photo is her light in expression and eyes that comes from her soul, compliments for this photo.

Sarah, Mike, Fred, Gail, Radu......well, I guess the bottom line is what my daughter likes, and she agrees with several of you that the white blob doesn't bother her in the least.  She said it 'creates interest'.  Well, I still prefer it without, so thanks for the suggestions to remove it......a couple of good ones.   Fred's crop idea is valid, and as far as using content aware, I could try it.  I think I could at least get the one lens looking somewhat like the lens that doesn't have the glare in it.  And Gail, we've already spoken, so I'll be curious as to your solution.  Thanks, everyone!  And I passed on your lovely compliments to my daughter! :-)
