Thanks Greg & Verena! It does take a while to get this bird  as such since even though they come in every late afternoon it's hard to catch them landing due to their erratic landing style and only when they land at certain spot that the light would shine on them well. I think it's almost impossible to catch this bird shooting with a tripod.
