The bars outside the window convey a sense of imprisonment especially when combined with the dark interior.

I agree with Tony this a nice interesting well taken photograph and there is a sense of imprisonment because of the type of windows.  The low light though is superb and I am sure you did a lot of experiment... show us more please!  Best regards,
