This is the 3rd Image. You can see a bit better the 'appendages' that

look like punching bags in front of the spider's head. This spider was

very small. I had a feeling it was not one I should get too close to. I

was using my Tripod. Any help identifying would be great. I checked

Funnel Spiders, but did not find anything really close. Thanks so

much, :) Gail

These just get better and better!  I think it could be a boxing spider, on account that it appears to be wearing boxing gloves : - )

I wonder why they have hairy legs too?  Maybe they are sensors of some kind, so much we don't know about this alien world.

Great series Gail!

Excellent work. This is good from the standpoint of being able to use your equipment well and artistically too. An interesting and pretty image.

They are odd. There is something that looks like a 'nose' but it isn't (?).  There are bugs that are so small out there, that if I think of it too much, I'd never bring a flower in the house.  I nearly missed seeing this spider actually. Thanks for your visit Alf, hoping it's nice over there this weekend!!

My shoulder was still hurting pretty bad, so even moving around with the tripod was tricky.  I wish I had more experience photographing really small things.  I appreciate your encouragement Chuck!

This I know is very small insect indeed and I like Alf comment about boxing, this insect is a very good hunter even so small, and all those thin hair on the legs in fact a very sensitive and feel even small vibrations round him.I see that you had lot of patience to do this series,is not at all easy with this.

Sincere thanks for your visits - I hope this summer I will be able to have more readily available better light source for the shadow areas.
