Thanks. Some say some things may be better than others. But on account of hunting in parrallele universe this may also be seen as a tribute to chaste style and smooth, operatic efficiency the secret police of late Austro-Hungarian Empire had under in early Habsburg era. Culture stays, they say, I think tonal scheme here is pretty OK.
