Even though small, the Peregrine is as ferocious a preditor as any of the large birds.  Superb shot... Mike

Thanks Mr. Mancil! I think the Peregrine is a top predator. He catches his meal in-flight .. only the Golden Eagle can top this fellow, I think. I've seen video of Golden Eagle pull goat off the cliff to get the goat kill and then eat it.
