Olaf is this you? I see the camera at the side.

What I am looking at is that great dance of the shadows, casted by the barred window. Me personally I could see a tighter crop of the tourist and moving to the left, perhaps cutting out the bright wall to the right. Hey that's just me and judging by how many reviews I get on my work, I suck, so never mind, don't listen to me.

Forget what I said, great shot.

Hi, I do hear you. Haha, as far as I can remember I already did give your suggestion a try, immediately after the first confrontation on the screen here. I decided not to crop in keeping the same format and so keeping this seize of our friend in as much space as possible. However, in your way you are right, for my left eye is noticing the same..! However, my right eye, I observe & shoot with, does notice most 'objects' at least one stop too bright, especially in sunny weather. I'm simply used to it. So especially the 'ugly'shadows in the white wall seem just softer to me, also in front of the screen. Looking with only the left eye, by closing the observer, as I'm doing after I did discover the difference, will indicate that difference on the screen and than I try to find the balance. Haha, and doubting I do call Irene, my better half..! Maybe I can lower the contrast here, in fact is his face too red, in getting the stripes softer. However, then the nice yellows will soften also. Thanks for reminding me. And yes, I did notice, you are one of the few still spontaneously reacting on shots because of loving the adventures related to that. Great, keep doing so..! :)
