Frost forest!

these are tough to get really sharp- the lower left center part seems to be the best - regardless, beautiful colors and shapes. Do you take these from outside?

We had  -16 last week (f) and 10 " of snow yesterday- I know, that's a pittance for you- but power is out all over the place. Including us - but we have solar back up.

Good eye!This is taken from inside and on a high window with a slight angle of the  camera with focus on the center and lower part where the light was best on the frost;I need to angle my shot to get the glare on the design but also to have a dark background from the trees out in the yard.

It has been,still is a hard winter and we are also having very cold temperatures and some snow.We have been lucky and had very few power outages so my back up gas generator has had an easy winter....to date.Hope you get your power back soon.Take care!
