Because the little guy was very close,less than 15 feet away which explains the blurred  moving head.To get this,I placed a jar of seeds in the 5-foot high snow bank along the driveway and parked the car close to it;with the window down,I shot comfortably(?) seated behind the wheel when it flew in and sort of breaked when it spotted me.Thank you for liking.
