Dear Wayne,

It's a very original composition, because everything seems to have turned, be up-side-down. Water in the sky, wide wings of a bird on earth.

Similarly, I can see texture, looks like we can touch, not only "looking at". The coppery reflection of the lights on the ground, gives a touch of distinction, attracts our gaze.

I like the image and your Haiku, beautiful desire of these verses: to "fly".

Congrats and kindest regards, ㋙

Wayne I like this entire series of images from you. This one maybe my favorite, again so very artistic how they look and feel. This one has a bit of warmth at the bottom from the sun. Great reflective work.

Patsy,

Thanks. Seems opening my mind to "submerge" into this upside-down world brings on a haiku in me.  As you know haiku can be great inspiration.

Laura,

Many thanks.  You hit on my primary attachment to these images - texture-
As if painted with a palette knife.  Thanks for appreciation of the haiku.

Holger,

Thanks.  I really questioned (still question) myself on this one.  Could not decide on the merits of making the bird so prominent.
