Link to comment

olafdevries 0 Posted February 21, 2015 Tof..! :) Link to comment
hjoseph7 1,511 Posted February 22, 2015 The woman to the right of the picture looks much smaller than anybody else in the picture ? I'm not blaming you as the photographer but, something seems to be off in the perspective. Also I would have tried to shoot from a lower angle to emphasize the dogs instead of the people IMHO, but in any case this is a pretty good street shot. Link to comment
olafdevries 0 Posted February 22, 2015 A lower POV - point of view - probably would have resulted in at least three dogs visualy missing their toes now..! In fact the approaching formation is walking up hill. The top is about ten centimeters in front of the peace maker's white shoe. In especially getting attention on the dogs I did choose this place. A crop on the bottom untill the first leg on the right would have improved the 'effect', but by cropping this format would have gone, and I didn't like that because of (now hidden) desturbing elements at the top. Given the hill, you now can imagine why the lady seems smaller than you might have expected. There is nothing wrong with the perspective, at least as translated, shown by the used objective, in fact making the dept, the distances between the living creatures, a bit flat, so seeming less, by the tele-effect. Harry, thanks for enjoying the shot and indeed: let's keep thinking..! ;) Link to comment
