frigo 4,155 Posted February 9, 2015 When I was there 1998-2001,the country was coming off a rough bout with the Shining Path group and power and other vital utility installations were under tight security surveillance and barbed/razor wire protections were somewhat common sight especially in remote and isolated areas as here,so,no visitors....Meilleures salutations-Laurent Link to comment
