You bet it is.At -25C,that oil gets pretty heavy and this pretty pink line supplies just enough comfort to help the first crank.

Just an extension cord....but pink.As you are surely aware,cars here are equipped with block heaters,somewhat similar(smaller) to the heating element of your house water heater,installed in one of the engine block freeze plugs to keep your engine warm and the oil thinner for easier turn over on starting.Thank you for viewing and for the observation.

Glad you like.This is a fairly common sight here as at temperatures in the-25C range,it is a welcomed aid in getting cars started.....especially for those needing an early morning start to get to work.
