Hi Ken, your title made me wonder what's the difference between a boat and a ship. I like this answer I found on Google.

One answer is that a ship can carry a boat, but a boat cannot carry a ship. Another is that a ship's captain gets annoyed if you refer to his vessel as a boat, but a boat's captain does not get annoyed if you refer to his vessel as a ship.

I like the photo, best regards.

Ken: I like the photo, but, as the comments of all PN friends are public, let me say something about Gerald text: the definition he refers is funny (I like it!) but the difference between a boat and a ship is not the size but the capacity in terms of autonomy and  equipment (for rescue, communications, endurance, level and qualification of the crew, etc). The "vehicle" can be big but only a boat or small but a true ship indeed...BR!
