The Cropped Kiss

I don't think I have every posted two different versions of an image consecutively. However, thanks to comments on the colour image, I thought I would post this now.

I like both, in this case. As I commented on the color version, because all we see is her hair and skin, the original image was quite monochromatic already. On this B&W version there is certainly more of an emphasis on the forms but I don't feel that it is necessarily better. In the end, it is your choice which one to show.

I must say that the color version is so different so that it tells quite another story! At least, much more detailed!

Mark, Yes! Many people commented on the crop and so I changed it. I do prefer this crop myself but I like the tone of the colour version for the reasons you mention.

Pierre, It is quite a thing to note that there is a large difference between the two versions. Maybe I should post more comparisons on my images.
