I agree with Gerolamo on the composition and the execution. 

It is very balanced and the image tells a story.

I don't know if it is possible but I would try to reduce the intense white on the water without loosing detail on the boat.

Maybe a B&W conversion would work well as there are anyhow few colours in the image.
