M_Lipakis 3 Posted January 12, 2015 Thanks for your "visit" Peter.Generally we do have a lot of snow every year but usually only up on the high mountains (one of which is called "The white mountains" due to the snow that can be seen on its tops until late spring.(http://eliaslefas.com/blog/pierra-creta-2014/)This time we could see snow even on the beaches. This particular series is from a monastery at 600m altitude but even from 350-400m there was o thick layer of snow. Link to comment
