Morning in The Devil's Garden, Utah

My wife and I stayed the night at this state park not far off Hwy 12 in

The Escalante region of southern Utah. I had the whole place to myself

for sunrise.

Nice capture, well done.

I like the DoF, the detail in the texture and the great range of grays. The exposure is spot on.

Me being a little classical, I would shift the lens slightly to the right to have the foreground element off center and have its shadow point me into the rest of the image and towards the horizon.

In any case a great example of B&W landscape photography.
