Really an excellent piece of work. The composition makes the best use of the soft morning (or evening) light. I think it was a great decision to shoot the house through the trees and it underscores the difference that a well considered point of view can make in creating an exceptional picture.

You're absolutely correct about point of view.  Aside from the trees ion the frame, it helped that I was standing at an elevation slightly higher than the house.
