I find the fold marks a bit distractive, but the right-most one reminds of the line in the middle of the model's bust so it could be seen as a kind of wink to that...

Concerning the other ones, maybe they are a little too disturbing...

The folds are a little too eye catching. They do distract from the lovely young lady and that is not a good thing. I do love the intensity of the blue. I also love how you have made her look very tall.

Yes, the folds are an element that would be better gone but, since they are here you have done well by having them oppose the main shape of the skirt. I also like how all of that works against the waves in the background. Her pose, and the lighting that emphasizes her form, is quite strong.
