I love these kind of shots, the random passings of the people glimpsed through windows and open doors. I take a lot of pictures on subways and trains myself, as inconspicuously as possible.

Michael : Very effective, I like the tones in this. Neatly composed too, although I'd be tempted to crop out the "partial arm" on the left of the image, I don't think doing that would detract, but thats just me, its a great image as it is. Rgds.

The lens distortion adds a nice element here, almost a sense of movement. The woman bisected by the pole is priceless. Good highlights and a nice sense of the moment. Probably agree about the arm, Cropping it out will mean a stray leg but I actually think that works nicely as an echo to the other woman. Very appealing photo.
