Better you than me. I hope you enjoyed this scene from the comfort of your living room while enjoying a scotch on the rocks (see, I remember) in front of a roaring fire.

This is what we fear here at this time of the year:rain over snow which then freezes as the water cannot drain as the ground is frozen.Fortunately,we were spared any power outage which many here experienced....and I could take this from a warm interior.Thank you for the kind write.

You are right about that Scotch on the rocks but this was morning and I was waiting for a break in the weather to go and clean up the mess.It lasted all day yesterday and I could only clean up today....now that drink!Thank you for the observation/sympathy?
