'The Cost Of Conflict'

Conflict between governments have nearly always been of benefit to the

elite and at great cost to the ordinary citizens. The control of

resources, to increase the wealth of the rulers, will soon cease to be

a viable tactic. We are entering an age of plenty, fueled by

technology, that will make basic needs, and more, available to all at

little or no cost. The days of the oligarchs and their kleptocracys

are rapidly fading away into the cracks of history.
