Wedding season is over and I am stretching my wings a little bit in

portraiture, would love some helpful criticism.

Very captivating, natural smile, lovely colors.

Portraiture is not my strength, but here go some comments:

I somewhere read that keeping the hands in portraits give them even more character. Maybe if the model would rest her hand on the bonnet graciously it would work. I see she has a ring, maybe that could also be used as an element.

I also have the feeling the foreheadi s a little overexposed. Maybe a little correction there would leave all the focus on the eyes and smile.

I like the overall composition and the dof as well as the Autumn colous of the lorry, the hair and the background.

Absolutely wonderful composition with a perfect marriage of red and gold.  The subject is well positioned and focused.

The only suggestion I have for an alternate version would be to clone out what appears to be a blurred tree branch behind her back and to crop the partially revealed car horns at the top of the frame.  This alternate version may reduce visual distraction.

Sorry, cannot find fault w/ it.  You've a magnificent model, the layout & use of colour, terrific.  All the shots you did of her are wonderful!
