On the beach!

Uniquely beautiful because the subject is framed between very distant tonal values.  Even if the sky was naturally dark, this appears to have taken a significant amount of processing skill.  Excellent work, Laurent.

While all of these seascapes are well done, this one catches my eye and is my favorite.  The warm lighting is an excellent contrast to the somewhat foreboding sky.... Mike

Thank you so much for the kind observation.That dark sky over the harbour was a bonus and these scenes need little processing.I have only basic skills and use the also basic program which came with my Windows 7 package(Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006 Editor) but still glad you like the final result.

All the time I like this kind of low afternoon light and if in bg there are dark clouds like here nothing can be better to enhance main subject.

You are right about the choice conditions I had with the warm light and that dark brooding sky which I think is the key element here.
