Excellent you can feel the power. The mist and clouds merging and the added bonus of a rainbow all come together very nicely.

James,  NIce image.  Was this taken from a boat on the river? I like the perspective and composition. I notice the hint of the moon and a possible rainbow.   It looks as if there may be some white blow out in the middle of the mist.  It's real tough to avoid this on such an image.  The problem is that a significant part of the image ( the whitest part) loses it definition so you can't capture any detail there.  ND filters can help.  Still, this is a nice image.  I mention about the blow out to be helpful.  Best to you.  Larry

James,  I tinkered with the image a bit.  Used the ND filter in Camera RAW and took off the blue cast with auto white balance.  What do you think?

Thanks all.

I took this from the walkway beside the falls (canadian side)- it is very close to the edge. I used  a .6 ND filter in an attempt to preserve the rainbow. Your version was what I was aiming for Larry!
