Thanks for sharing.  GREAT capture,  This building is about form and motion and i think that you've made some excellent decisions on how you captured it.  The contrast of the roof against the long exposure (?) of the sky highlights and frames the design nicely.  I like the vignetting and the decision to go monochrome.  Shooting with the sun a low angle was also nicely done as the shadows create more textures and a kinetic feel.  my only suggestion would be to dodge/brighten up the windows/doorway at the bottom. I think it would give it a bit more of a visual foundation and would contrast well and enhance the spires.
