Laurent,I like the subject and point of view you chosen for this,clouds did a lot too for this composition that balance left side very well.Also seems that as I told in a previous comment that this blue tonality fit imo better than sepia one.

I took this because of the presence of that cloud as you suspect.After I converted to B/W,I tried a light sepia which dulled the scene;this light bluish tint did the opposite and re-energized the scene as you note.Thank you for looking in and for the observation.
