Another marvelous capture. Especially with the water wake as it is! I'm just curious. Did you use a "focal color" technique here because the bird's head and torso show color but the rest of the photo looks almost black and white. I realize the water might look that way even in a 100% color photo, but somehow this just impresses me as perhaps a focal technique was used here. Either way, its very effective!

Thanks Warren! There's no technique or anything special in processing this image, the lighting was so dull yesterday afternoon (it actually rain last night) because a bit of a storm was coming and it turns out that way.

Unique scene, in the right time at the right place with the right camera setting, well done TmJ!
