Hi Mike, your mention of your 441 Victor Special brings back memories. Back in the day I had it's predecessor a 1961 C15.

I'm a rider, also.  Where is this museum?  Some beautiful machines in that room!!  I mean where in England, of course.  Wish I'd visited it when I was there.

My bike, now, is not British.  But, the 1st bike I ever rode on was a brand new Norton 750 (or 850?) Commando a mate had in Montreal, early 70s.

And, now, friends of mine just bought a (rough) '74 Norton... will be a real gem when they are finished w/ it.

That famous Rocket 3, OMG it was fast!!!  Triples often were, BSA or not.
