I never looked at my rusty anchor that closely but perhaps I should. Then I wouldn't feel so guilty!! Nice color and surface pattern, including the little barnacles, when you get in close. I'm amazed that you picked this up! C'est merveilleux!!

Always this kind of texture gives interesting images when are caught,I like Jack comment too,each one imagination can find something in an abstract composition.

Merci bien!This is off the anchor of a channel marker and the growth is from spending six months under the salted Atlantic waters.Easy to pick up as the markers and their anchors are parked on the edge of the wharf as you saw in thosev other images.Salutations amicales-Laurent
